Before you proceed, please download have the following.

1. Properly filled, signed and SCANNED Medical Form  


2. SCANNED passport size picture of you for school id.
   MUST be of a white background, not a selfie picture and be very clear.


3. Your SCANNED birth certificate / National ID


4. Your parents / guardians SCANNED National ID.


5. Your SCANNED Education documents (KCPE, KCSE and Any other education certificate).
